Dinner tonight

This is what I made for dinner tonight.

On the left there is potato salad (which I did not make, that is my father’s specialty) and a new salad that I just invented and have never tried before. On the right is the main dish, which is filet mignon.

New Salad
-Strawberries
-Blueberries
-Shredded mozzarella cheese
-Olive oil/Vinager
-Salt & Pepper
-Some kind of leaves that my friend Babette brought to my house on Saturday

The meat
-Filet mignon steaks
-White potatoes
-Red, yellow, & green bell peppers
-Mushrooms
-Various seasonings that are going to remain top secret

That was my meal for tonight. I hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did!

Cinemas that use Windows?

If you ever think about opening your own movie theatre, think twice before using a system run by Windows.

Last night while watching the movie 9, the projector had some issues with the trailers. And it basically ended like this:

I have taken new pictures with a great photographer, Rena Durham. She is fantastic. The best part about Rena is that she takes her time and really tries to focus on what shots you need. Singing Singing and More Singing!!! :D

I’m really not doing a good job of updating this!

I have new videos posted on both of my YouTube channels. Yay! The first is me singing “Much More” from the musical The Fantasticks.

Next, I’ve posted a special video that I dedicated to my father for his birthday this weekend. If you want to leave birthday wishes in the comment section you can do that. He’ll read the comments. Also, this is a surprise… so don’t tell him! :)

The last video I posted is me performing the Ave Maria at a wedding. I decided to do Bach’s version because it is my favorite. If you would like me to sing this song at your wedding (or maybe a friend’s wedding) feel free to email me at “contact [at] rominaespinosa [dot] com”.
